A message from a monkey about my website …
He even has a couple of things to say about Joel. Alright. I’m done on the internet for maybe the rest of the day. * This video was created using Career Builder’s Monk-e-mail – http://www.careerbuilder.com/monk-e-mail/default.aspx . They in no way approve of the contents of this message.

Changed my blog's tagline
So, I changed my blog’s tagline to more accurately reflect what I actually do here. It previously said something about helping people understand the Old Testament, which I think the rest of my website does and which I do on my blog sometimes. But, that’s not really an entirely accurate description of what I do…

Made My Blog Page My Home Page
I’ve made my first major change to my website in a while. I’ve made my blog page my home page and turned my homepage into an about page. Doubt that it makes much of a difference to most, but the URL FreeOldTestamentAudio.com now redirects to my blog’s URL – FreeOldTestamentAudio.com/Blog.New. I’ll see how that works…

Forum Questions – I'm Thinking about Starting One
The idea of starting a forum scares me a little bit because I do not know how much work it would be for me to moderate. But, I’m thinking about adding one. I just noticed that it was actually an option that through BlueHost I can use SimpleScripts to add bbPress (put out by WordPress)…

Adding Some Topical Pages to the Site
I’m adding some topical pages to the site for those who might want to browse in that manner. Just getting started with it, but I hope it is a help to some users. So far, I’ve got a few links up on these pages The Old Testament (General), Books About the Old Testament, The Books…

On Being a Self-conscious Blogger
I am a self-conscious blogger. An aside in a recent post by Chris Brady made me ponder this as he references a text that gives the advice to “simply write.” This type of advice is difficult for me. And, the one thing that I think cripples me above all others when it comes to writing…

Moved My Blog to WordPress
I have moved my blog to WordPress. I apologize for any inconvenience. You can still navigate the old blog with archives and tags HERE. However, the new blog can be found by simply using the right navigation here. I will be adding categories to the old blog posts shortly, so that you can find any…
